Orders & Payments

We accept payments via secure online payment gateways offered through Shopify (including Visa, Mastercard, and other supported methods).
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–12 business days across South Africa.
Delays may occur due to public holidays, courier issues, or high-demand periods.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase!
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase

    Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected.

Warranty

Our VacPack™ products are covered by a 60-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

All images, logos, designs, and text on https://vacease.co.za are the property of VacEase and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
